• Users agree to provide accurate info and use the platform responsibly

3. Account Responsibilities

When creating an account:

• You’re responsible for your login and security
• You agree to use the platform for positive, personal celebration—not harassment or spam
• You agree to only import or tag people you know or have permission to celebrate

4. Sending Cards, Messages & Invitations

You may:

• Create digital greetings using our templates or AI tools
• Upload recipient information (names, birthdays, gift tags)
• Choose to make walls public or keep them private

You agree:

• Not to impersonate others or fake identities
• To respect others’ privacy and opt-out choices
• That AI messages are for fun—not clinical, financial, or predictive advice

5. Gift Shop & Physical Orders

• Some cards or gifts may be available for physical delivery
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe
• Orders are fulfilled by us or selected partners
• We are not responsible for shipping delays, address errors, or third-party delivery issues

6. AI-Generated Content

BirthdayGen uses AI to create card messages, poems, design overlays, and recommendations.

You understand:

• AI content is not fact, advice, or a medical/psychological substitute
• You are responsible for reviewing content before sending
• We reserve the right to remove offensive or misused generated content

7. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

You may not:

• Reuse or sell BirthdayGen AI content without permission
• Download and redistribute branded or premium assets
• Claim generated content as your own outside the platform

You retain rights to your own uploaded messages, photos, and contacts.

8. Legal Limitations

BirthdayGen is provided as-is, with no guaranteed outcomes for message accuracy, delivery dates, gift success, or astrological correctness. Use of the platform is at your own discretion.
