BirthdayGen exists to spread joy through messages, gifts, and personal connections. Whether you’re sending a card, posting to a wall, or sharing a moment—you’re joining a community of kindness.

1. Share With Love

You agree to:

Send messages that are respectful, lighthearted, or meaningful
Use inclusive language when addressing age, identity, or background
Respect opt-outs from recipients who don’t wish to receive content
Personalize greetings with care—no bullying, no manipulation, no pressure

2. What We Don’t Allow

Behavior	Examples
Harassment	Messages that are rude, repeated, or emotionally harmful
Misuse of AI	Creating offensive or harmful AI-generated messages
Contact Abuse	Uploading email addresses you don’t have consent to message
Hate Speech	Messages that mock or target people for race, identity, age, etc.
Scams or Spam	Mass-messaging unrelated promotional content
Faking Relationships	Pretending to be someone else or tricking users with false celebrations

3. Birthday Wall & Shared Galleries

Make sure you have the recipient’s permission before posting públicos items. Flag inappropriate content for review.

4. AI Card Content

Don’t attempt to generate offensive, sexual, or cruel content. Use humor in good spirit and report any unexpected behavior.

5. Celebration for All Ages

BirthdayGen is open to users 13 and up. We Prevent adult messaging to minors and remove inappropriate targeting.
